Where on earth did that voice come from?

Halo cover by Charice during the US Weekly interview

She is simply amazing. A very good entertainer and has an excellent voice quality. This is not the first time she made a cover of Halo but this is definitely one of the best covers.

 As in W-O-W!

On hating Charice

If people are saying that Glee is already fine as it is with all the regular cast, well then, stop guesting famous and big stars. Let the cast be on their own show without Lady Gaga, Madonna, Katy Perry, etc.

If the existing Glee fans are to treat Charice that bad, it is better for her to be a guest only and not a regular cast. Because that way, Charice only proves that she is really as big as the famous stars who guest in Glee to support the show.

I don't understand the hate. Is this because she's Filipina? Don't judge the color people. Everyone has their own history. Isn't it the Glee cast right now came from different origin. Stop judging people by their nationality. Nationality by paper doesn't even count. Your roots, or blood is more important.

Is it because of how she looks? She is not that attractive, yes, but she is not ugly at all. She still have that certain appeal on her. Open your eyes. Some artists/actors/actresses are not physically gifted too but they are who they are. They have the talent and so as Charice. What are you? Perfect creatures to judge her like that?

Charice has gone through a lot. She went to audition to get the part. She worked for it. If you guys, worry about her acting, she's a fast learner as David Foster said before. She is willing to learn and improve her craft. She has that attitude because, otherwise, she wouldn't be who and where she is now. We should give her a chance. She deserves a chance to prove that she can be part of Glee like other aspirants out there.

Speaking of the big people behind her, Oprah and David Foster are there to support and help her out. Oprah did not go for audition to get the part. David Foster is not the one singing Pyramid. What I am pointing out is that, Oprah and David Foster wouldn’t exert an effort to support her or give too much attention on her if they did not see the potential. They may have influenced Charice’s career but Charice surely devoted and invested too much of her talent (big time!) for them to do so.

Just saying...I am entitled to it and so are you. :)
